• Wash your hair and scalp frequently with a mild shampoo for greasy hair containing:

    - non-lipid removing active ingredients so as not to dry the hair (it is dryness that causes the liquefied sebum to migrate quickly onto the hair),
    - anti-seborrhoeic active ingredients to prevent the sebum fluidifying,
    - ingredients to prevent the formation of calcium salts.

• Rinse your hair very thoroughly.

• Dry your hair gently. If you use a hair drier, make sure that it is not blowing out hot air so as not to liquefy the sebum and cause the hair and scalp to become greasy more quickly.
