Every day, morning and evening, use a hygiene product that will cleanse the skin very gently, without removing the fats (respecting the barrier function), preferably enriched with moisturising active ingredients. Dry gently and thoroughly, before applying appropriate skin care.
Cut out the use of ordinary soaps which can irritate and dry the epidermis.
