Sensitive skin

<What precautions should be taken if your face suffers from redness and tiny visible capillaries?>

In addition to the advice given by your dermatologist, you should take the following precautions:

Wash your face morning and evening with a very gentle hygiene product, maybe one that needs no rinsing (in the event that even water feels harsh on your skin).

Dry your face very gently, dabbing it dry.

Once or twice a day gently apply a very high tolerance hydrating product containing active ingredients that will soothe the redness and reduce feelings of overheating.

Avoid hot or spicy meals and alcohol, as well as sudden changes of temperature.

Beware of the sun! Your skin is thin and fragile, and it needs protection, starting in the spring, using a sun care product with a high protection factor (SPF of 50 or more). Indeed, exposure to the sun often aggravates redness and overheating.
