Sensitive skin
<What precautions should be taken if your face suffers from redness and tiny visible capillaries?>
In addition to the advice given by your dermatologist, you should take the following precautions:
• Wash your face morning and evening with a very gentle hygiene product, maybe one that needs no rinsing (in the event that even water feels harsh on your skin).
• Dry your face very gently, dabbing it dry.
• Once or twice a day gently apply a very high tolerance hydrating product containing active ingredients that will soothe the redness and reduce feelings of overheating.
• Avoid hot or spicy meals and alcohol, as well as sudden changes of temperature.
• Beware of the sun! Your skin is thin and fragile, and it needs protection, starting in the spring, using a sun care product with a high protection factor (SPF of 50 or more). Indeed, exposure to the sun often aggravates redness and overheating.
